The functionality of Zapier:
Zapier is an integration platform for connecting applications. Zapier can be used to connect more than 1,000 different apps.
So-called Zaps define workflows that can be used to automate processes beyond the boundaries of applications.
How it works:
In Zapier, you can define a workflow by selecting "Make a Zap!
A Zap consists of at least two steps. Each zap starts with a trigger, i.e. an event that initiates the workflow. The triggers of the billwerk integration are equivalents to the webhooks we offer.
After selecting the trigger, a search or action is defined that is executed when the triggering event occurs.

With the Zapier integration, you can automate processes intuitively, without technical background knowledge and with little effort. If you use Zapier, you can also automate certain processes even if you do not have a dedicated back-end system.
As Zapier provides integrations to more than 1,000 applications, the integration platform can be used to link applications with billwerk for which billwerk does not yet provide its own integrations.
